• Acquisition, due diligence, title and survey review, and closing of a joint venture with a major institutional equity provider for the construction of a 388-unit Class A multi-family project in Irvine, California, with a total capitalization for the project of approximately $200MM.
• Acquisition, due diligence, title and survey review, and closing for a preferred equity provider in a joint venture with a Texas based developer for the construction of a 409-unit apartment complex located in Dallas, Texas, with a total capitalization for the project of approximately $85MM.
