Connie Chilton joins SPC LLP's Beverly Hills office

SPC is pleased to announce that Connie Chilton has joined its Beverly Hills office as senior counsel of the Firm. Ms. Chilton has extensive business-focused legal experience in commercial and specialized finance, including lender, borrower and sponsor representation in a variety of complex debt transactions.

She provides strategic legal advice to senior leaders in lending, private equity, funds, business and real estate. With significant acquisition, mezzanine, syndicated and securities-based lending experience, she works as a practical and collaborative partner for clients.

Her transactions include credit facilities supported by assets, including margin stock, intellectual property, fine art, and residential real estate, as well as warehouse and structured products and other leveraged finance.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Chilton practiced as a senior counsel at Loeb & Loeb and as an associate at Sidley Austin, Bingham McCutchen and Paul Hastings.

She earned her J.D. at the University of Virginia School of Law. She completed her undergraduate work at Georgetown University, B.S.F.S., International Political Economy.
