Sutton, Pakfar & Courtney lands 15-acre Fresno office campus sale

Sutton, Pakfar & Courtney LLP helped Cambra Realty sell a 152,795 square foot office campus in Fresno to Starpoint Properties.
The 15-acre property called Guarantee Financial Center includes 13 single story buildings and two 4-story buildings as well as land to build 5,000-square-feet of additonal commercial space.
Bob Safai of Madison Partners handled brokerage services for Cambra Realty.
