John Wilkins is an associate at the Firm. His practice focuses on real estate transactions and general business matters. He has represented private equity firms, public companies, national banks, high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients with respect to a wide variety of transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, financings, joint ventures, securities offerings, public filings and related matters.
Prior Experience
Mr. Wilkins joined the Firm as a lateral attorney from Allen Matkins. Prior to law school, Mr. Wilkins worked as a staff writer for The Reykjavik Grapevine and as the assistant water polo coach at Harvard Westlake high school.
